EVENT DESIGN
As we progress through the floral design process, we offer the opportunity for you to hire HeatherLily as the Event Designer for the project. We’ll be discussing color palettes, curating decor and rentals, creating venue layouts, overall design vision, logistics, etc. We thrive on being considered the “interior designers” for special events. This service is generally for clients who decide to do most of the decision making themselves, or clients who have hired a day of/month of coordinator who typically will just be managing the timeline for the event day.

Yes, we love to work with planners! Whether it be full service, partial, or month-of coordination, we find that the collaboration ensures a seamless execution of the event from one stage to the next.
Everything that we design is completely custom and tailored to our clients’ specific needs. In addition, we book only one event per day, which gives us the ability to focus solely on that one event, and not several others at one time. However, there are exceptions for smaller, intimate gatherings.
It is extremely beneficial to know your budget ahead of time. Prior to meeting, we will send you a questionnaire. After reviewing your responses, we’ll give you an idea as to our projected cost.
We recommend booking our services anywhere from 8-14 months ahead of your event. The earlier, the better!
